Fresh and Ezy is a part of MS Trading company’s dehydrated vegetable product range.  Our Journey into Food preservation started with a simple observation: an overwhelming amount of fresh produce goes to waste due to seasonal gluts and inefficient supply chains, coming from a back ground in Food Testing and Inspection we wanted to create a sustainable solution.

By partnering directly with local farmers, we ensure fair compensation while securing the freshest harvests, we gently dehydrate our vegetables by using state of the art infrastructure which locks in essential vitamins, color and aroma without the need for artificial preservation.
